To Fill a position in the area of Customer Service, satisfying customers daily. Experience: I worked as a Retail Sales Person for 6 months in the busiest seafood outlet I've ever seen. I took seafood orders in person and over the telephone. I operated the cash register, received payment for accounts, custom packaged seafood orders, stocked shelves, did inventory and much much more. I have also worked for one year in customer service at the Alaska Native Heritage Center, also a very busy outlet, my job ranged from doing Stage Presentations, to Operating the Audio/Video Equipment in the Centers Theatre. Both jobs required active customer service experience and a willingness to satisfy the most difficult customer. Education:Graduated with my GED in 1986, and later attended a six month course in Office Skills, which included a detailed program in 10 key, keyboarding, public speaking, business math/english and filing systems. I have also taken the Alaska Host Training twice, Cultural Host Training twice, and Hotel/Front Desk training.
