I have been in the CTI telephony and call center software and cellular industry over 18 years. I have done sales forecasting, GOSPA, goals, objectives, strategy, performance, analyze also TMM (track, monitor and measure. Also the funnel process/pipeline system.

I am familiar with Blue Pumpkin workforce management software. I am also familiar with the usage and why firms will use Vsheet to manage their forecasts, projects, contacts, expenses and many other tasks and projects.

To assist sales forecasting and marketing management with materials, strategies and ideas to effectively represent the company's products and to find niche markets to be able for Amcat to pursue cost effectively and excel in. Service potential, clients customers and prospects when directed by management and provide the potential client” only after a complete analysis of prospects needs” information on a solution based on those needs, using the Amcat line of contact center solutions that would fit their particular needs. Essential Functions:

1. Receives work assignments from marketing and sales manager based on current needs, of the organization or work within my particular strengths and advance my communication skill set. Cold call prospective call center clients. Service needs of existing clients.

2. Meets with appropriate sales or marketing representative to discuss needs or participates as a member of the sales and marketing team.

3. Reviews literature in the assigned marketing project, review-marketing materials used in my assignment, gather materials of competitive companies in our industry.

4. Researches, writes, develop supporting information; consult team representatives on the needs of the particular project. Presents recommendations to marketing manager or team committee.

6. May develop letters, brochures—for particular assignments.

7. Review projects as dictated by the assignment, monitor roll-out of the campaign and check with the advertising manager for review and approval.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. To be a team member and do what is required for the success of the company goals.

2. To handle a variety of assignments simultaneously under pressure.

3. Work with marketing team to compose reports containing market information to establish precedents, which may commit a sales team to a specific course of action.
