Over twenty five years experience in the Environmental Services compliance business plus five years in an industrial manufacturing plant. Past employment includes office management, project management, marketing, budgeting, and proposal writing. Work History May 2005 to present, Self employed Environmental Consultant. Conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, SPCC plans, Health and Safety plans, and managing voluntary cleanup of soils under the Texas Risk Reduction Program including the writing of Affected Property Assessment Reports. I was contracted to the US EPA, through Weston Solutions, to work on the Katrina/Rita recovery team in New Orleans, and Cameron Parish, Louisiana. In march our team completed the work in Cameron Parish where I was charged with minimizing and documenting any impact that the hazardous materials recovery efforts had on the wetlands. In November 2006, I finished working in New Orleans as a part of the Murphy Oil Spill team in Chalmette, Louisiana. Responsibilities include the management of underground storage tanks remediation and compliance. Top producer of completed projects, monthly billing 80K to 100+K, in the company, and able to work with minimal supervision and under strict regulatory dead lines. I have completed and submitted an Affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) under the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) and have been the project manager on numerous remediation including design and installation of dual phase extraction systems.
